A Very Different Approach to Martial Arts Management - and Life
I'm Tom Callos and I started The New Way Network; I started it because I'd lost any sort of meaningful connection to the martial arts "business world." The things that the consulting, billing, and equipment companies were talking about started to lose their relevance, their authenticity, and integrity --and, well...I just couldn't hang out with them any more.

The New Way isn't about discarding what "the industry" has learned or taught up until now, it's about moving forward, past our "freshman" and "sophomore" years (how I see the industry), and embracing advanced and intelligent concepts for school management and marketing.

The New Marketing

The new marketing is community activism --and there isn't anyone in the martial arts world better at that, more up on it, more into the why, where, how, and when, then I am.

I'm teaching instructors how to take the subjects that they're most passionate about --and turn them into curriculum-based activities that inspire students, inspire communities, and speak to the best-of-the-best of what the martial arts are about.

NO, this stuff doesn't come neatly packaged for you. NO, it doesn't come in a box. NO, the guy down the street can't buy it too. NO, it's not cheap and easy, but it is the RIGHT thing to do, and it's the smart thing to do.

The New Vocabulary

Education, activism, involvement, growth, inspiration, evolution, sustainable business practices, environmental self-defense, anger management, health education, and Project Based Leadership Training --this is all a part of our new vocabulary.

Your (ingenious) involvement in your community, that's what we're working on. We're focused on showing you how to mobilize your students; talk about self-defense and health; how to become a part of your community's leadership; and some flat-out wonderful ways to give your school new life and vitality.

There are no gimmicks here, no franchise sales-push, no "up-sell," and no Supreme-Elite-Universal Masters. We're real --and we're here to make a difference for you, your family, your students, your community, the martial arts industry, and the world.

Come check out our member's only site. I'll comp you in for a week so you can see how we do what we do. It's $250 a month for membership after that, if you're interested. If you're not, thanks for trying us. If you are, welcome to one very bright and interesting future.

Yeah...Bending Over Backwards to Serve Your Needs
We aren't too big to be here for you when you need us. You have the owner's cell phone numbers! You can e-mail, text, Skype, video-cam, and even phone the best martial arts business consultants in the world, when you need them. On top of that, EVERY other member of our team is a couple of clicks away from you.

Better than that, you can get help with your specific needs. We don't waste our time creating boxes of stuff, we make ourselves available to handle specific issues (issues YOU ask and care about).

Need more students? Need better cash flow? Need help recruiting and or training your staff? What do YOU need? We can help --and we will help.

We have a CHAT box on our front page, you have instant links to our e-mail and text accounts, our phone numbers are on the front page of our site, and we are eager to help you solve problems.

It doesn't get any better than this. We SERVE. We're not "on top" --we're ON TAP, for you --and for just $8 and some change a day. We can help your staff too, if you're so inclined.

The Digital Dojo

This is one of our most important concepts, which you can get from us and use for free (by the way).  The Digital Dojo is based on the idea that in the future (like, now) 50% of what we teach will be on our mats --and it will be predominantly physical. The other 50% of what we teach will be stored and delivered on-line. The lessons, the stories, the memories, the procedures, the history, and everything we don't have adequate time to talk about on the mat, will be stored on a member's only website, your "Digital School."

It's a no-brainer. When you come to The New Way's Member's Only website, you'll see our association's Digital Dojo --and you'll be able to see how our members have started their own sites (each with a unique look).

What the Digital Dojo does for you is it allows you to increase the quantity and quality of your educational material, improve communication between students and the school, and properly publicize special events, victories, and lessons like never before. You'll make a better sales presentation because of it --and your retention will improve due to more student / school contact.

See it for yourself, here.

We're On the Mat for You --and With You, Every Day
In the old days we went to conventions and seminars (expensive). Then, in the 1990's we used to buy the box (cheap, but redundant), so we had something once-a-month to stimulate our thinking. But THE NEW WAY comes to us like we train, like we eat, like we sleep --a little bit each day.

Every day you'll see a new report, new ideas, new progress, and new people on our site. You --and your STAFF --can visit, see what other school owners are doing, add to discussions, ask questions, and formulate your plans based on real-time, real school-owner concepts.

If we see something we think you just have to be a part of, we'll e-mail a notice to you. The advantage of a Network over the old model of content delivery is that we no longer rely on a few people to make up strategies for our membership. Now all of our members can talk about what they're doing, what they're learning, and what's working.

A Recap of The New Way

Custom help, available all the time; new (and smarter) concepts; instant networking; cutting edge technology; and no manipulative sales strategies to "up-grade" you to the next level of membership (sweet).

You're invited to Call

Go ahead, call Coach Tom Callos. But beware, nothing he tells you is going to make a difference if YOU aren't ready for change. If you want real help with your school, call him at 530-903-0286. Tom lives in Hawaii, so remember the time zone difference.

If you talk to Tom for 10 minutes and you're not convinced you've found a new home, then you've only lost 10 minutes of time --and not thousands of $$.
